Convert Tokenized Stocks into XRP Yield on XORA

By XORA · Published

Tokenized equities crossed $1.5B onchain market cap in May 2026, growing roughly 40x year over year. If you hold xStocks, Dinari dShares, or any liquid tokenized stock, you can bridge that exposure into native XRP and earn up to 22% APY on XORA — daily yield, no lock-up.

Short answer

XORA doesn't yet accept tokenized stocks directly — but the bridge is three liquid hops: sell or unwrap your tokenized stock into USDC, bridge that USDC into native XRP on the XRP Ledger, then deposit XRP to your XORA destination tag. A one-click in-app route is on the roadmap — sign up below to be in the beta.

Why this is interesting now

Most retail capital is parked in tokenized stocks for capital-appreciation upside, not for yield. The minute the stock isn't moving, the position sits idle. XORA pays daily XRP yield with no lock-up — converting a sleepy NVDA bag into productive XRP exposure takes about fifteen minutes end-to-end.

The dominant issuers on the source side — Backed Finance's xStocks, Dinari (US SEC-registered transfer agent, dividends honored, API access on five chains), and Ondo Global Markets — together hold over 80% of the tokenized stock market cap. Bridging to XRP works for any tokenized stock with downstream liquidity into USDC.

The full bridge in three hops

01
Sell or unwrap your tokenized stock into USDC On Solana: Jupiter for xStocks (NVDAx, TSLAx, AAPLx). On Ethereum or Base: 0x or Uniswap for Dinari dShares (dNVDA, dTSLA). Robinhood Wallet holders can withdraw USDC directly without a separate swap.
02
Bridge USDC to the XRP Ledger and swap into native XRP Cross-chain routes: Squid, LayerSwap, Mayan, or a centralized exchange withdrawal (Bitstamp, Kraken, OKX) that delivers native XRP. Avoid wrapped-XRP variants on EVM — XORA only credits native XRPL transactions.
03
Send XRP to XORA with the destination tag Open XORA, copy the XRP deposit address and the destination tag. Paste both into the sending wallet. Yield starts the same day at your tier rate. Skip the tag and your XRP will land at the treasury without being credited — recovery requires the transaction hash.

Where to source the tokenized stock liquidity

Solana · 50+ stocks

xStocks (Backed Finance)

Industry benchmark for tokenized equities. 1:1 collateralised, on Solana. Geo-restricted from US persons.

Ethereum · Base · 230+ stocks

Dinari dShares

SEC-registered transfer agent. Dividends honored. API access. Cleanest US-resident path.

Multi-chain · institutional

Ondo Global Markets

Leader by issuance value ($1B+ TVL). More institutional UX, but high liquidity for size.

Native broker

Robinhood Wallet

USDC withdrawals direct from the brokerage. Easiest path if you already hold US stocks on Robinhood.

Worked example: $1,000 NVDAx → XRP at 22% APY

Hold 5 NVDAx on Solana (≈$1,000 at $200/share). Swap into 1,000 USDC on Jupiter (≈0.3% slippage). Bridge USDC to native XRP via LayerSwap to Bitstamp, withdraw XRP to your XORA deposit address with destination tag. Estimated total fees: under 1.5% round-trip. Annual yield at the top XORA tier: roughly $220 in XRP-denominated value. Recoverable within weeks rather than years.

One-click route — beta waitlist

Phase 2 of the bridge auto-detects incoming USDC on supported chains, swaps it into XRP via market-maker routing, and credits your XORA balance with the destination tag pre-bound. No multi-step walk-through, no manual swap. Beta opens to this waitlist first.

Frequently asked

Can XORA accept tokenized stocks directly?

Not yet. XORA only credits native XRP on the XRP Ledger. Tokenized stocks must first be unwrapped or sold into a liquid asset (USDC, USDT, native XRP), then bridged into XRP and sent to your XORA destination tag. A one-click in-app route is on the roadmap — join the waitlist above.

Which tokenized stock issuers work as the source side?

Any issuer with public liquidity is usable. The bridge has been validated against xStocks (Solana), Dinari dShares (Ethereum / Base), and Ondo Global Markets where institutional access is available. The constraint is downstream liquidity into USDC, not the issuer itself.

Is this legal for US persons?

Selling a tokenized stock is a taxable event in most US jurisdictions, the same as selling the underlying share. XORA is a custodial XRP yield account, not a stock broker. xStocks is not available to US persons; Dinari operates as an SEC-registered transfer agent and is the cleanest US-resident path. Confirm tax treatment with a qualified advisor before moving size. This page is operational guidance, not legal, tax, or investment advice.

What APY can I expect on the XRP side?

XORA pays up to 22% APY value on idle XRP — a combination of 15% native XRP yield (currently treasury-subsidised during bootstrap, openly disclosed and stepping down as TVL grows) and XORA reward value. Yield accrues daily with no lock-up. See the live rate board for tier details.

How long does the full conversion take?

Solana-side swaps settle in seconds. EVM bridges to XRPL typically settle in one to ten minutes depending on the route. XRPL settlement is a few seconds. End-to-end is usually under fifteen minutes for liquid routes.

What about slippage on smaller tokenized stocks?

Liquidity varies sharply by ticker. Large-cap tokenized stocks (NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, MSFT) have deep books; mid- and small-caps may show 1–3% slippage on size. Always test the route with a small amount before moving meaningful capital, especially if you're routing through a thin DEX pair.

Will XORA build a one-click stocks-to-XRP route in the app?

Yes — that's the waitlist above. The planned flow auto-detects incoming USDC on supported chains, routes it through a market-making swap into XRP, and credits the user's XORA balance with the destination tag pre-bound. Beta will open to waitlist signups first.
