XORA Fees Explained: What You Pay to Deposit, Earn, and Withdraw XRP

By XORA · Published · Updated

XORA charges no deposit, withdrawal, monthly, inactivity, or minimum-balance fees. The only cost is the small XRPL network fee paid to the ledger, not to XORA.

Short answer

XORA charges no deposit fee, no withdrawal fee, no monthly fee, no inactivity fee, and no minimum-balance fee. The only real cost is the XRP Ledger network fee — a fraction of a cent paid to the ledger itself, not to XORA. The APY value shown on your dashboard is the user-facing rate, with no separate management fee layered on top.

The $0-fees story

XORA does not charge to deposit XRP, to earn daily yield, or to withdraw back to an XRP Ledger wallet you control. There is no monthly account fee, no inactivity fee, and no minimum-balance requirement. Deposits map to your account through a destination tag, and there is no XORA charge for that routing.

The only real cost: the XRPL network fee

Every XRP Ledger transaction pays a tiny network fee that is burned by the ledger, typically a fraction of a cent (well under one cent in normal conditions). This fee is paid to the XRP Ledger itself, not to XORA, and XORA does not add a markup on top of it. The same network fee applies to any XRPL transaction regardless of platform.

How the displayed APY works

The APY value on your dashboard is the user-facing rate. The headline is up to 22% APY value, built from 15% native XRP yield plus an estimated 7% value from XORA token rewards. The 15% native portion is currently subsidised by the XORA treasury during bootstrap and is temporary; it will step down as TVL grows. The rate is variable and not guaranteed, but it is not reduced by a hidden management or performance fee.

What to watch on the planned card

The XORA Card is a roadmap product and is not live. Card-related costs such as conversion spread, FX fees, and network charges are common to crypto cards in general and remain to-be-determined for XORA until the card launches. Treat any card fee details as roadmap until card access appears in your account.

Always include the destination tag with your XRP deposit. Without it the funds cannot be credited to your account automatically and recovery requires manual support intervention.
